The ATEX VX-821 is a 'compact radio' boasting full band capability, programmable channel spacing and rated to ATEX II 2G Ex ib IIC T4. It is approved for Category 2 (Zone 1), Equipment Group II, Gas Group C Temperature Class T4.
Available in both 1W full band VHF and 1W full band UHF models which are programmable for 12.5, 20 and 25KHz Ch spacing. The radio is submersible 1 meter for 30 minutes.
