As the marketplace becomes a more competitive environment, RadioTrade can see real value in sales technique training for team members on the front line of the sales process. That is why RadioTrade has worked in partnership with the training consultancy Trinity Partners to create the RadioTrade Sales Academy. Trinity Partners has an esteemed reputation for excellence and Rene, our trainer, has worked with Motorola to create training programs in the past.

RadioTrade is offering two Sales Academy training days and each of these will be held in the South and the North of England. We hope this will make the training accessible for all Dealers who wish to participate. The training modules have been chosen with care to reflect key sales processes within radio sales but please note the training is not directly product specific. The two training days complement each other and can both be attended or each can work as a standalone session. The training is aimed at front line sales staff and is relevant for existing sales people and also those new to sales and the radio industry.

Training Day 1:
1. Sales Excellence – Opening the Door & Securing Appointments, Great Meetings, Preparing your Plan
2. Creating Customer Delight – Connecting to the Customer, Understanding their Environment, Understanding the Customer Drives
3. Giving a 200% Performance –Being the Best in Class, Consultative Selling, Powerful Proposals

South: 22nd of June – In Basingstoke – Hotel TBC
North: 27th of June - Manchester & Liverpool Area TBC

Training Day 2:
1. Becoming a Trusted Advisor – Creating Trust, Reciprocity & Cross Selling
2. Selling Value – Stories Sell, Credibility, Creating Stuff of Value
3. Negotiating a Win Win – Preparation, Tactics, Handling Objections, Securing the Win Win

South: 19th of September - In Basingstoke – Hotel TBC
North: 26th of September - Manchester & Liverpool Area TBC


The cost for attending the training is £100 per person, per day.
