Virtual Sales Academy - Selling with Stories, The Customer Voice and Closing Deals

This 90-minute online interactive session from Radiotrade’s Sales Academy brings those 3 aspects to life. It will offer a framework for the sales stories you can build for your ‘toolkit’ and covers areas like introducing yourself, building rapport, making your pitch and managing post-sale relationships.  It will also feature direct feedback from an end-user customer – giving their views on the buying process, what makes a difference for them and what they look for in a project partner. Finally, it will cover a 5-Step model called BONDS (Barriers, Objectives, Next Steps, Decisiveness, Summarising) to help frame your process for closing deals.
