Did you know? - You can use the Motorola Solutions WM500 wireless RSM with a Bluetooth enabled R7 or ION
To use a Motorola Solutions WM500 with a Bluetooth-enabled R7 or ION, the WM500 needs to be updated to firmware version 4.0.0. This is done via a Motorola APP called “Accessory Manager”, which is available from the IOS and Android APP Stores.
You can use the APP to find out what firmware the device is on.
If it needs updating, connect the WM500 to the phone/tablet via Bluetooth and then follow the instructions on the APP to update it.
