In the context of the developments regarding the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, XEVA understands that our partners will have concerns about business continuity. We would like to assure you that:

We have been increasing our stock levels over the last few weeks in anticipation of our supply chains being disrupted. We have good stock levels and expect to fulfil orders as normal.
We are reviewing supply issues with our main suppliers to ensure optimum continuity.
To mitigate any logistical issues, we are in regular contact with our couriers and have multiple accounts that we can use to minimise disruption.

We will issue you with further information as and when necessary.

We have also been reviewing our processes in relation to partner and staff health and wellbeing and the continued efficient operation of the business. As a result we have decided on the following actions.

Effective immediately, all events, training courses or face to face engagements with our partners will be postponed. Please note that if you are booked on a training course with XEVA you will be notified as and when the course has been rescheduled.
We will not be able to receive any visitors to our facility other than those who are employed by XEVA or are contracted by XEVA to carry out specific services at our facility.
We are making sensible arrangements to allow as many of our staff as possible to work from home. We expect that this will cause the minimum inconvenience to our customers. All staff will continue to work as normal either from our facility or from home. Technology is being deployed to ensure that we maintain our high levels of service while these arrangements are in place.
Responses to the main, sales and technical support numbers and email addresses will continue in the usual way. If you experience any difficulty in contacting a specific member of
the team who is not on site, we will ensure that they contact you as soon as possible.
