Virtual Sales Academy - Strategic Account Management and Looking Ahead to 2022

Aimed at experienced sales professionals, in senior roles, with responsibility for relationships with key accounts and longer-term projects.

 

An effective Strategic Accounts approach can develop profitable, enduring customer relationships that grow repeat business, follow-on projects and wide exposure to different stakeholders in those organisations. But – doing it well requires a specific understanding of Strategic Account Management (SAM). This 90-minute online interactive session from XEVA’s Virtual Sales Academy focuses on aspects of SAM such as selection and research, portfolio mapping and the competencies or expertise needed to do it well. This work will also be framed with a ‘look ahead’ to 2022, touching on what to consider when targeting new markets.
