The WP300 is a Bluetooth audio pod that gives you ease of access to push-to-talk communication, an emergency button and radio calling functionalities. This Bluetooth control pod can connect to smartphone devices that run push-to-talk applications over cellular (PTToC). When the WP300 connects to these devices, the devices’ audio becomes muted and the audio is then clearly and effectively transmitted through a connected earpiece . This creates increased access to communication without the complications of using wired earpieces with your PTToC devices, which are typically further away and harder to access than the WP300. When your device is difficult to reach, the WP300 is there, whether it’s in your pocket, on your jacket or attached to a compatible vehicle mount.
The WP300 has a dedicated emergency button. In the event of an emergency, pressing the emergency button gives you immediate access to help when used with a WAVE PTX™ or KODIAK Broadband Push to Talk enabled device. In a high-pressure situation, rather than search and waste time trying to access your device, simply press the dedicated emergency button on the more discreet and accessible WP300.
